Nexcoz provides full-service technology solutions including full-stack web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI & automation, digital marketing, SEO, branding & graphic design, e-commerce solutions, SaaS development, and IT consulting to businesses globally.

All services are subject to separate service agreements and statements of work agreed upon between Nexcoz and the client prior to project commencement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Nexcoz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Upon full payment for completed projects, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

4. Project Agreements

All client engagements are governed by individual project agreements that outline scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. These Terms of Use apply generally to website usage and do not supersede specific project agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work commences. Nexcoz reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on projects with outstanding payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexcoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. Nexcoz will not share your business information, project details, or data with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexcoz reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We will always respect client confidentiality and will remove any work from our portfolio upon written request.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
